On June 18, 2009, Cleary Gottlieb partners Yaron Z. Reich and Jason R. Factor spoke at the Institute of International Bankers’ Seminar on U.S. Taxation of International Banks.  Mr. Reich appeared on a panel entitled “Federal Issues and Developments,” and Mr. Factor appeared on a panel entitled “Employment Issues, Including Developments Relating to Salary Limits, Deferred Compensation Issues and Bonus Accruals.”
