On March 27, 2014, Cleary Gottlieb co-chaired Latin Lawyer’s 3rd Annual Corporate Finance seminar, where partners Juan G. Giráldez, Nicolas Grabar and Breon S. Peace appeared as speakers. The conference brought together leading bankers, business people and lawyers, both internationally and based within the region, to pinpoint the key trends for 2014 and onwards.
Mr. Giráldez served as the event’s co-chair, Mr. Grabar moderated the panel “How to Raise Money in Latin America,” and Mr. Peace participated in the panel “Assessing the Regulators: Enforcement.”
