Cleary Gottlieb senior counsel Antoine Winckler will participate in the conference, Merger Control and Innovation: How to Implement the Draghi Report?

Antoine will take part in a roundtable discussion, “Building Innovation in Merger Policy: Procedure.” Antoine will join Anne Wachsmann-Guigon from the French Competition Authority and Andreas Sowa from EU Competition. David Bosco (DCI, Aix-Marseille Université) will chair the session.

Co-organized by Professors David Bosco and Nicolas Petit in collaboration with the Centre de Droit Économique at Aix-Marseille Université and the Dynamic Competition Initiative (DCI), the conference will convene prominent figures in competition law and policy to examine critical issues surrounding merger control, innovation, and the Draghi Report’s implementation.
