On March 15, 2013, Cleary Gottlieb counsel Giulio Cesare Rizza appeared as a panelist at the National Bar Council’s, “VIII Congress Update Legal and Forensic Rome” conference, chaired by Giuseppe Tesauro, of the 8th Continuing Professional Training Congress of the National Bar Association. Mr. Rizza participated in the panel entitled “The obligation to return the court of last degree.”
