Cleary Gottlieb senior attorney Natascha Gerlach and associate Gareth Kristensen were faculty members for a CLE course, “New EU-Approved GDPR Standard Contract Clauses: Mandatory Assessments, Affirmative Obligations of Data Importers.”
The course was designed to “guide counsel on the new Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) released by the European Union on June 4, 2021,” and was presented by Strafford.
