Cleary Gottlieb partner Ed Rosen served as the chair of the Practising Law Institute’s annual conference on “Advanced Swaps and Other Derivatives.” Cleary Gottlieb partners Michael Dayan and Seth Grosshandler also participated at this event.
On Tuesday, October 21, Mr. Dayan moderated the “Equity Derivatives - Legal Issues” panel and Mr. Grosshandler led the “Insolvency, the UCC and Derivatives” discussion.
On Wednesday, October 22, Mr. Rosen moderated the “Recent Legislative, Regulatory and Litigation Developments” panel.
