Cleary Gottlieb partners Erika Nijenhuis and Diana Wollman were speakers at PLI’s Tax Strategies for Corporate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin-Offs, Joint Ventures, Financings, Reorganizations Restructurings 2018.
