Cleary Gottlieb partners Jeffrey Karpf and Joon Kim and of counsel Louise Parent participated in PLI’s 16th Annual Directors’ Institute on Corporate Governance.
Joon moderated a panel titled, “Trends in Criminal and Regulatory Enforcement – A Candid Conversation with Top Current and Former Officials,” and Louise moderated a panel titled, “Crisis Management – What Should Boards Do to Prepare, and How Should They React to Different Types of Crises?” Jeff was the co-chair of the event.
