On February 13, 2013, Alan L. Beller and Robin M. Bergen appeared as panelists at PLI’s Corporate Governance - A Master Class 2013 seminar. Mr. Beller presented opening remarks and participate in the panel entitled “Change the SEC: Where is the Commission Headed?” Ms. Bergen participated in the panel entitled “The Whys and Wheres of Enforcement.”
