On April 18 - 19, 2013, Cleary Gottlieb partners Edward F. Greene, Jinduk Han and Ling Huang appeared as speakers at PLI’s First Annual Institute on Corporate and Securities Law in Hong Kong 2013 seminar. Mr. Greene participated as moderator of the panel entitled “Regulatory Overview and Update”, Mr. Han participated in the panel entitled “Asian Capital Markets: India, China, Korea and Singapore” and Mr. Huang participated in the panel entitled “Mergers & Acquisitions: Structure and Process.”
