On April 5, 2012 Cleary Gottlieb partner Leslie B. Samuels delivered the Richard Crawford Pugh Lecture on Tax Law and Policy, entitled “Tax Reform in Today’s Fiscal Environment: Principles to Guide the Debate.” The lecture was established by the University of San Diego School of Law to honor Mr. Pugh’s service as a professor.
