On September 29, 2011, Cleary Gottlieb partner Mario Siragusa and associate Fausto Caronna were speakers at a Seminar on Consumer Protection in the Banking Industry held by the Italian Banking Association (ABI), in Rome.  Mr. Siragusa coordinated the works, and Mr. Caronna delivered a presentation on the Italian Competition Authority’s practice and the administrative judges case law on unfair commercial practices in the banking industry.
