On March 21 and 22, Cleary Gottlieb partners Joon Kim, Victor Hou, and Giovanni Prezioso were panelists at SIFMA’s Compliance & Legal Seminar 2022, held in Orlando, Florida.
On March 21, Joon spoke on the panel, “Litigation Update: Regulatory and Criminal.” On March 22, Victor spoke on the panel, “Litigation Update: Collusion, Manipulation, and Deceptive Trading Practices,” and Giovanni moderated the “General Counsel Roundtable.”
