Lillian spoke during Session 3: Environmental, Social & Governance Center, The Conference Board, on the panel, “Board Composition and Refreshment.” The panel discussed how to view board composition in a way that goes beyond the traditional skills matrix; to identify, vet, and onboard directors to maximize the benefits of board diversity; and to effectively use the suite of tools at a board’s disposal to foster the appropriate level of board refreshment.
