On April 20, 2016, Cleary Gottlieb co-hosted “The FCPA in Peru and Latin America” with The American Chamber of Commerce of Peru and Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano Abogados.
The panel discussion focused on preventing and managing crises under the FCPA and the new anticorruption law to be enacted in Peru. Cleary partners Jon Kolodner and Ari MacKinnon spoke on the panel.
