A coalition of law firms working with The New York Times (NYT), including Cleary Gottlieb, hosted a CLE discussion and training focused on supporting evacuated Afghan journalists and other NYT employees seeking asylum in the United States.
Pro Bono Immigration Attorney Ludivine Van der Heyden moderated the discussion, which featured Stephen Poellot, the Legal Strategy Director at the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP).
