On February 5, 2010, Cleary Gottlieb partners Jonathan I. Blackman and C. Ferdinando Emanuele participated in presentations entitled, respectively, “Arbitrator’s Discretion and Powers with Respect to Evidence” and “The Assistance of Judicial Authorities in the Taking of Evidence” at the “The Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration,” a seminar organized by the ICC’s International Court of Arbitration and the Istituto Superiore di Studi per l’Arbitrato.
