Cleary Gottlieb associate Esther Kelly spoke on a panel titled, “Vertical Restraints – Selective, Exclusive and Online?” which was organized by the Alumni Association of the College of Europe and its Alumni in Competition Group.
The panel discussed several issues being raised by the European Commission’s review of its Vertical Block Exemption Regulation and Vertical Guidelines.
