$1.63 Billion Acquisition of Building Materials Supplier

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Citigroup Global Markets, as financial advisor to Builders FirstSource, in connection with its recently announced acquisition of privately held ProBuild Holdings for $1.63 billion. The transaction was announced on April 13, 2015 and is expected to close in the second half of 2015.

Builders FirstSource is a leading supplier of residential building products, while ProBuild operates approximately 400 lumber and building product centers across the U.S.
