Cleary Gottlieb ranked among the top law firms for M&A in multiple regions in the first half of 2025 league tables recently released by Bloomberg, Mergermarket, and London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).
The firm earned 29 top 10 rankings across the three publications, demonstrating particular strength in European markets, placing first in Europe announced private equity deals by volume (Bloomberg), first in Italy for announced M&A deals (LSEG, Mergermarket), second in Europe for announced M&A deals by volume (Bloomberg), second in the UK for announced M&A deals by volume (Bloomberg), second in France for announced M&A deals (LSEG), among others.
