Cleary Gottlieb represented Publicis Groupe S.A. in connection with its €500 million offering of 0.5 percent bonds maturing on November 3, 2023.
The bonds are listed on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris. The offering, consisting of an international private placement, launched and priced on October 27, 2016, and closed on November 3, 2016.
This offering was led by BNP Paribas, Citigroup and Crédit Agricole CIB as global coordinators and joint lead managers, and BofA Merrill Lynch, Commerzbank, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking and Standard Chartered Bank as joint lead managers.
