Cleary Gottlieb is representing Goldman Sachs as financial advisor to Concordia Healthcare in connection with the acquisition, announced September 8, 2015, of Amdipharm Mercury by Concordia Healthcare. Concordia Healthcare is a Canadian company that is listed in the United States and Canada.
At the close of the transaction, expected in the Q4 of 2015, the shareholders of Amdipharm Mercury are expected to receive approximately $3.5 billion to be paid through a combination of cash, common shares of Concordia, and performance-based earn-out payable in cash.
