ADB in $1 Billion Bond Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented underwriters led by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets in an offering by the Asian Development Bank of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.375% global notes due March 23, 2020. The transaction was conducted under ADB’s Global Medium-Term Note Program. The transaction closed on January 23.

The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

ADB is an international development financial institution whose vision is an Asia and Pacific region free of poverty.
