Morgan in an offering of $2.5 billion aggregate principal amount of the Asian Development Bank’s 0.50% global notes due June 20, 2016. The transaction was conducted under ADB’s Global Medium-Term Note Program. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on March 19.
