ADB in Closing of $500 Million 2.5-Year Global Bond Issue

Cleary Gottlieb represented underwriters Citigroup and Deutsche Bank in an offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of the Asian Development Bank’s Floating Rate Global Notes due May 13, 2016. The transaction was conducted under ADB’s Global Medium-Term Note Program. The transaction closed on November 13, 2013.

The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The Asian Development Bank is an international development financial institution whose vision is an Asia and Pacific region free of poverty.
