Cleary Gottlieb is representing Agilent Technologies Inc. (Agilent) in connection with its $1.165 billion acquisition of privately owned BioTek Instruments (BioTek).
The transaction was announced on July 11, 2019, and is expected to be completed in Agilent’s fiscal fourth quarter of 2019, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
BioTek, headquartered in Winooski, Vermont, is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of innovative life science instrumentation.
