Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj Acquires Expera Specialty Solutions Holdings

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj, a Finnish public limited liability company, in its acquisition of Expera Specialty Solutions Holdings, Inc. which signed on July 23, 2018.

Ahlstrom-Munksjö, a global leader in fiber-based materials is acquiring Expera Specialty Solutions, a U.S.-based specialty paper producer, to expand its presence in North America and further strengthen its offering of advanced custom-made fiber based materials.
