Cleary Gottlieb is representing Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, as financial advisor to Air Transportation Services Group Inc. (ATSG), in connection with ATSG’s all-cash acquisition of Omni Air International LLC (Omni Air) for $845 million, subject to customary adjustments.
The deal signed on October 1, 2018, and is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2018, subject to regulatory approvals.
ATSG is a leading provider of aircraft leasing and air cargo transportation and related services to domestic and foreign air carriers and other companies that outsource their air cargo lift requirements.
Omni Air is a privately held charter airline that operates worldwide passenger charter flights and aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance (ACMI) leasing, principally to commercial customers and U.S. and allied governments.
