Cleary Gottlieb is representing Allied Universal, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus LLC and Wendel SE, in connection with its acquisition of U.S. Security Associates (USSA), a portfolio company of Goldman Sachs, for $1 billion.
The transaction was announced on July 16, 2018, and is expected to close in the second half of 2018, subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals.

Allied Universal is a leading facility services company and the largest security force in North America with over 160,000 employees.
