Cleary Gottlieb represented América Móvil S.A.B. de C.V. (América Móvil) in two concurrent, but separate, tender offers for up to €600 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 0.75% senior notes due 2027 and 2.125% senior notes due 2028.
The offers launched on May 9, 2022, and expired on May 13, 2022.
These tender offers were exclusionary offers for U.S. securities laws purposes.
Barclays Bank PLC acted as the dealer manager for the offers and Morrow Sodali Limited acted as the tender and information agent.
