Cleary Gottlieb represented América Móvil in its sale of Ps. 8 billion (approximately US$734 million) 8.46% Senior Notes Due 2036. HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and UBS Securities LLC acted as initial purchasers in the transaction, which closed on December 18. The notes were sold in a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering with registration rights.
