ArcelorMittal in Sale of Circuit Foil Luxembourg to Doosan Corporation

Cleary Gottlieb is representing ArcelorMittal in its sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Circuit Foil Luxembourg, a leading worldwide supplier of copper foils to high-tech industries, to Doosan Corporation Electro-Materials, a leading copper clad laminates and OLED materials manufacturer based in Korea. The deal was signed on July 10 and closed on August 1, 2014.
