ArcelorMittal in Update of €3 Billion EMTN Program and in €750 Million Issuance Under EMTN Program

Cleary Gottlieb represented ArcelorMittal in the annual update of its €3 billion wholesale Euro Medium Term Note Program. The update closed on March 14, 2014. Cleary Gottlieb then represented ArcelorMittal in the issue of €750 million 3.00% notes due November 2019 under the Program that priced on March 18, 2014 and closed on March 25, 2014. The notes issued are listed on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The issuance was lead managed by BNP Paribas.
