Cleary Gottlieb represented the lead managers in six recent debt offerings by the Asian Development Bank, including ADB’s single largest U.S. dollar offering of $3.75 billion 2 percent global notes due February 16, 2022.
Since the beginning of 2017, Cleary has participated in additional ADB debt offerings totaling approximately $4.5 billion and €520 million.
