Cleary Gottlieb represented the managers, led by Bank of Montreal, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank AG, and Goldman Sachs International, in the largest single-tranche global medium-term note offering executed by the Asian Development Bank to date.
The $5 billion 1% notes are due April 14, 2026, were priced April 7, 2021, and closed on April 14, 2021.
