BBVA Paraguay in First Paraguayan Cross-Border Capital Markets Transaction

Cleary Gottlieb represented BBVA Paraguay in the sale of $100 million of 9.750% senior notes due 2016. This is the first cross-border capital markets transaction involving a Paraguayan issuer.
