BlackRock’s $700 Million Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb is representing the underwriters, led by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley as joint bookrunning managers, in BlackRock’s offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 3.200 percent notes due 2027.

BlackRock is the world’s largest publicly traded investment management firm. As of December 31, 2016, BlackRock had approximately $ 5.1 trillion of assets under management.
