Carmen Corrales, Francesca Odell and Chantal Kordula were each featured by Latin Lawyer in its Women in Law special issue that celebrates a number of the most inspiring women in the Latin American legal profession. They were each profiled on the list of Inspiring Women in Law and recognized as three of the most visible and prominent women partners at leading international law firms working in Latin America. Carmen, Francesca and Chantal were 3 of only 15 women chosen from international law firms.

The Women in Law issue tracks the advancement of women in the Latin American legal profession over the past decade, highlights the existing gender gap at the partnership and decision-making levels in the Latin American legal profession, and focuses on what law firms are doing to retain and foster female talent. The issue also includes advice for younger women lawyers, with quotes from Carmen, Francesca and Chantal.
