Cleary Gottlieb represented J.P. Morgan, as sole bookrunner, and Santander, as joint lead manager, in an SEC-registered initial public offering of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of Cementos Pacasmayo. The ADSs were listed on the New York Stock Exchange and started trading on February 8. The offering closed on February 13.
Cementos Pacasmayo is a leading Peruvian cement company, and the only cement manufacturer in the Northern region of Peru. Its IPO was the first NYSE-listed IPO of a Peruvian company.
