Chile’s €3.1 Billion Debt Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented BNP PARIBAS, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan, and Santander, as underwriters, in the Republic of Chile’s (Chile) SEC-registered offering of €1.25 billion 4% euro-denominated notes due 2034, €1.1 billion 4.375% euro-denominated notes due 2038, and €750 million 4.75% euro-denominated notes due 2046.

The offering of the notes launched and priced on July 27, 2026, and is expected to close on August 3, 2026. Chile expects to use the proceeds of the offering for general governmental purposes.
