Cleary Gottlieb represented the managers, led by Citigroup Global Markets (Citi), in an EMTN offering of €1.35 billion of fixed-rate notes due 2029.
The transaction is scheduled to close on April 10, 2019, and the securities were offered for sale in the United States, Europe, Asia, and elsewhere.
