Citi in £650 Million Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Limited, in a registered offering of £650 million of 1.750% fixed-rate senior notes due 2026, to be issued by Citigroup Inc. on October 23, 2019.

The securities were offered for sale in the United States, Europe, Asia, and elsewhere.
