Citi in Three Equity Offerings Totaling Over $12.9 Billion

Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., in one common stock offering and two preferred stock offerings by Citigroup Inc. that raised an aggregate of over $12.9 billion. The two series of public preferred stock offerings, Series E and Series F, closed on April 28 and May 13, respectively. The common stock offering closed on May 5.

Citigroup Inc., a global financial services company with approximately 200 million customer accounts in over 100 countries, provides financial products and services, including banking, securities brokerage and asset management.

Both the common stock and the Series F preferred stock are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
