Cleary Gottlieb is representing Citigroup Global Markets as financial advisor to Agile Software Corporation in connection with the sale of Agile to Oracle Corporation for $495 million in cash. The deal was announced on May 15.
Agile is a leading provider of software solutions for product life-cycle management. Oracle is the world’s largest enterprise software company.
