Citi’s €1.75 Billion Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the managers, led by Citigroup Global Markets (Citi), in an EMTN offering of €1.75 billion 1.25% fixed-rate/floating-rate callable notes due 2026.

The transaction is scheduled to close on May 6, 2020.
