In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, Citi invited an entirely Hispanic-owned syndicate of Apto Partners LLC, Cabrera Capital Markets LLC, Great Pacific Securities, Guzman & Company, Penserra Securities LLC, and Samuel A. Ramirez & Company Inc. to act as senior co-managers.
The securities were offered for sale in the United States, Europe, Asia, and elsewhere.
