Citi’s €2 Billion Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the managers, led by Citigroup Global Markets (Citi), in an EMTN offering of €1 billion 3.713% fixed-rate/floating-rate green notes due 2028 and €1 billion 4.112% fixed-rate/floating-rate notes due 2033.

The transaction is scheduled to close on September 22, 2022.
