Citi’s $5.25 Billion Bond Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., in registered offerings by Citigroup Inc. of $3 billion of fixed-rate/floating-rate bonds due 2033, $1.75 billion of fixed-rate/floating-rate bonds due 2026, and $500 million of floating-rate bonds due 2026.

The bond are expected to be issued on March 17, 2022. The securities were offered for sale in the United States, Europe, Asia, and elsewhere.
