Cleary Gottlieb advised on the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2021 Equity Market Deal of the Year.

Cleary represented the joint sponsors and underwriters in Chinese online medical consultation and pharmaceutical sales provider JD Health International’s $3.48 billion initial public offering in Hong Kong. JD Health was among the platforms offering consultation for COVID-19 symptoms at the height of China’s coronavirus outbreak, and the IPO was Hong Kong’s largest of 2020.
