Cleary Gottlieb has advised on In-House Community magazine’s Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year 2021 – Krafton’s global offering and listing in Korea.
Krafton, a leading game developer well-known for its PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, raised $3.8 billion through the offering and listing. Cleary was noted for representing the underwriters in the IPO.
